Eligible Procedures

  • It is recommended to have at least 2-3 treatments if significant thickness or hair density is desired.

  • It is recommended to have 2-3 Penile Enlargement Procedures. Dr Loria recommends a Penile girth goal of 6.5 to 7-inches in circumference, and it typically takes 2-3 treatments to achieve this size.
  • A Penile Glans Enlargement treatment is recommended when one selects a Penile Shaft Enlargement Procedure. This will help with proportionality between the Penile Glans (Head) and the Penile Shaft. This ‘Add-On’ Procedure is NOT eligible for the Multi-Procedure Discount. For the ‘Add-On’ Glans procedure, there will be an additional Fee of $1,200.

It is recommended to consider having the  Scrotal Enhancement Procedure as well. This treatment not only provides added fullness to the scrotal area but also helps prevent the Scrotum from tightening and therefore preventing the testicles to ascend  or rise up into the groin area (very uncomfortable and often painful). In addition, this $6,900 Scrotal Procedure will be significantly discounted if added to the Multi-Procedure selection.

Male Enhancement Procedures

  • A Penile Shaft Girth ‘optimal’ or desirable size ranges between 6.5 to 7-inches in circumference. This will satisfy 90% of patients and their spouses/partners. 10% will need to exceed this circumference size, perhaps to 7.5 or 8-inches. This additional size is typically needed for women who have had natural child birth. In addition, Dr Loria always maximizes the amount of filler that can be placed for the greatest girth gains possible in one sitting.
  • An Add-On Penile Glans treatment is always recommended while have the Penile Shaft Treatment done. This is recommended to help with keeping the Penile Glans and Shaft in balance. In addition, it is recommended to add the Glans treatment each time you have a Penile Shaft because the Glans is difficult to increase in size, so it is important to treat the Glans every opportunity possible.
  • Penile Shaft Girth Approaching 7-inches and Greater must proceed with caution. When the Penile Girth size increases beyond 7-inches in girth, the skin may become less firm during erections. This has not been a major issue though, and the far majority of patients feel or experience no difference with sexual intercourse.
  • A Full Glans Procedure includes treatment of the Glans base, and Top Area as well. A Full Glans Procedure is typically done during Penile Shaft Treatments, however, during the first Penile Shaft treatment A Full Glans treatment might not be possible. Typically the Glans ‘corona’ or rim is treated, and when the Glans rim expand to a certain degree, where it looks disproportionate to the Top part of the Glans, it is at that time a Full Glans treatment is done. If the Penile Shaft Girth Goal has been achieved, and the Glans is not yet in proportion ‘enough’, a Full Glans Treatment can be performed either on a separate occasion or in combination with another procedure such as a Scrotal Treatment, Frenulum Removal, Penile Shaft Touch-up, etc., on the same day. Expected gains, per treatment, in girth of the Glans is about 1/8th to ¼ inch at the base and 5-10% volume increase of the entire glans overall.
  • Scrotal Enhancement: This is often an overlooked procedure. Enhancing and rounding out or lifting the scrotal can greatly increase the cosmetic look to the penis. In addition, Scrotal Enhancement or Enlargement, will also help prevent the testicles from ascending if the Scrotum tries to ‘contract’ during sexual intercourse, or cold weather, etc.
  • Penile Shaft Touch Up Procedure: This procedure is designed to balance, if necessary, any uneven areas that may have formed after the enlargement procedure.
  • Penile Shaft Supplemental Procedure: Some patients may need some balance but also want some size gain as well, and a Supplemental is for that purpose.
  • Penile Glans ‘Add-On’: It is recommended to ‘add-on’ the Glans (head of penis) procedure while having the Penile Shaft Procedure done to help size balance and proportion of the Penile Shaft to the Glans.
  • Circumcision Procedure: is recommended to have done prior to having a Penile Enlargement Procedure. You can have a Penile Enlargement Procedure being uncircumcised, however, the healing can be slower, and an imbalance may occur at the foreskin area which may obligate you to have the circumcision done afterwards.
  • Scrotal Webbing Procedure: This is the removal of scrotal skin that ‘attaches’ to the underside of the penile shaft. This ‘attached’ skin can sometimes interfere with intercourse and also makes the penile shaft look much shorter than it actually is.
  • Frenulum Removal Procedure: the removal of the small piece of skin located on the underside of the glans that ‘attaches’ the glans to the penile shaft. Once this tissue piece is removed most patients feel a ‘release’ of the penis from being ‘tugged’ or ‘pulled down’ by the Frenulum.

Hair Transplant Procedure

  • Fee Transparency: Dr. Loria believes that there should be clear transparency with the Fees being charged and the procedures being performed. You will see that Dr. Loria, at Loria Hair Restoration (LHR), does provide detailed Fees and for what specific services. You will notice that most Hair Transplant clinics DO NOT post their Fees, nor the type of procedures being performed. There is a reason for this, and it is for you to go and have a Hair Transplant Consultation, and the Consultant will try to ‘hard sell’ you on the spot. This tactic often works, and they know this, and that is why I want to expose this unfair marketing practice. In addition to the reason for not posting fees and procedures is because this will NOT give you the opportunity to compare Fees and Procedures with other doctors performing Hair Transplant Surgery.
  • The LHR Team: The Loria Hair Restoration (LHR) team take great prides in the process and details regarding Hair Transplant Surgery and Patient safety. There are numerous differences between Loria Hair Restoration and other clinics, and most notably:
    – The Artas iX robot is the Best and most updated Hair Transplant Robot available in the world and is available at LHR.
    – The Loria FUE Technique also employs numerous technologies, which are mentioned below, including Ceiling Mounted Special Viewing Microscopes to extract the Grafts from the donor area. We do not just use simple ‘loops’ that one wears like wearing a pair of glasses.
    – Clean Rooms with HEPA Filter Systems are employed for air purification and to protect you and the Grafts from dust and air-born bacteria.
    – HEPA Filtration System specifically for the Grafts. This extra ‘double’ protection is for the vulnerable Graft Tissue, when removed out of the donor area, to protect against room dust and air-borne bacteria.
    – Superior Viewing Microscopes are utilized for Graft preparation and evaluation, not just the simple ‘binocular’ microscopes.
    – Special Refrigerated Cold Plates are employed to preserve Grafts keeping them at constant cold temperatures for preservation. We do not just use ‘ice blocks.
    – Bio-Preservatives are utilized to protect the Grafts as well. Once the Grafts are extracted from the Patient’s donor area, they are immediately placed into a Bio-Preservative solution, which nourishes and protects the Grafts.
    – Air-Tight and Sealed Hair Transplant Treatment Rooms are employed to prevent ‘outside’ contaminated dusty and air-borne rich bacteria air from entering.
    – Graft Crush Injury Prevention utilizes special instrumentation to prevent the Grafts from being ‘crushed’ during placement of the Grafts into the recipient (balding areas) sites. Grafts are damaged from the typical Hair Transplant Instrumentation being used. Dr Loria does not believe those instruments are safe for Graft handling and placement. The ‘standard’ instrumentation used in Hair Transplant clinics is the ‘Jewelers’ forceps. This instrument places the Grafts at high risk for injury and even death. Dr Loria believes that these types of crush injuries need to be prevented and this is accomplished by using special ‘non-crush’ forceps and other specialized Graft placement instrumentation.
    – Minimal incisions are made in the recipient areas which provides for optimal healing.
    – Donor extraction is accomplished either by the Artas iX robot and/or by the Loria FUE Technique. Both are exceptional techniques for donor extraction.
  • Optimal Density Graft Placement is placing the most Grafts possible and safely for optimal Graft density with optimal hair growth density as well. Our goal is to saturate the recipient balding/thinning area of concern. Typically, when the hairline is being done a Minimum 500- 1000 Grafts are placed, in either one or two sittings, and when larger areas of baldness are involved, including the vertex and crown, we can place up to 3000-4000 Grafts (MEGA Session Hair Transplant) in two consecutive days to provide hair growth density and coverage for those with a Norwood Class 5, 6, or 7 Balding Pattern.
  • Graft Counts: The LHR team will always take out and place the most Grafts possible in a safe and efficient manner during each Hair Transplant Procedure. What keeps all ‘safe’ is the implementation of all the detailed features mentioned above such as Hepa Air Filtration, Non-Crush Forceps, Appropriate Microscopes, etc., Our goal is to provide not only the best quality Grafts, but the best quality instrumentation and cleanliness.
  • Hairlines: Typically, when on a hairline is being done a Minimum total of 1000 Grafts or more, are typically done over 2- Treatments. This is a sufficient quantity to be placed for an optimal look of density and a natural Hairline appearance.
  • General Balding Areas: When larger areas of baldness are involved, we can place up to 3000- 4000 Grafts, which is typically done over 2-consecutive days. This is a MEGA Hair Transplant Procedure option the patient has. Dr Loria and his Staff will always place as many Grafts that can fit in each Hair Transplant Procedure.
  • If Artas iX Grafts are desired and fine hairline Grafts are needed, then it is best to choose the Artas iX and Loria FUE combination treatment. Loria FUE Grafts are used when the finer hairs are needed for the hairline and these hairs are found at the ‘nape of the neck’. in addition, if a higher volume of Grafts are needed, and the only donor source left is from the temporal scalp donor area (scalp donor area above the ears), the Loria FUE Technique will be able to extract those Grafts (not the Artas iX Robot). The Artas iX robot cannot harvest in the nape of the neck nor the temporal areas of the scalp. In addition, Loria FUE Grafts will be utilized when the Artas iX Grafts are exhausted and the estimated total Graft count has not yet been complete. In a typical large Artas iX and Loria FUE Hair Transplant combination procedure, the graft count is projected to be up to 2000 or more total Grafts. The estimated number of Artas iX Grafts will range but the goal is to extract 1000-1100. Loria FUE Technique will be used to extract the Hairline Grafts from the nape of the neck, typically about 500 Grafts or more, in addition to extracting another 500 or so Grafts from the Temporal Scalp donor areas as needed. The Artas iX is not capable of extracting nape of the neck hairs nor Grafts from the temporal areas of the scalp.
  • If Only Artas iX Grafts are desired, then the goal per session is about 1400-1500 and more if possible. There are limiting factors when it comes to high Artas iX Graft counts such as donor quality, donor density, and the time involved to extract the Grafts. The longer the Grafts are ‘out of the body’ the higher the risk of tissue death or damage.
  • Ideal Hair Density: Normal hair density ranges between 400-600 Follicular Units per square inch. An ideal density is when you reach about half the original density of hair that was there before the balding occurrence. Once you lose about 50% of your original hair, this is when you just start to look thinner, and therefore the goal is to reach at least 200-300 Follicular Units per square inch, or near 50% of the original hair density. For this reason, we will never promise ‘full density results’ after one Hair Transplant treatment, this is simply not possible and deceptive. This is why two Hair Transplant procedures are recommended, unless your expectations are not high. To achieve this near 50% goal, it will require 100-150 Follicular units to be placed per square inch on each procedure treatment to achieve significant density. Normally, 50-70 Grafts can be placed in safely per square inch, thus obligating a second or possibly third treatment to reach higher density goals.
  • Graft Procedure Minimums: It is recommended to have a minimum of 1500 FUE’s or more per procedure. It takes a lot of hair to make a difference!! Normal hair density is about 400-600 FUE per square inch (or about 1000-1500 hairs per square inch). If your balding area is 10 square inches, that is 4000- 6000 FUE or almost 10,000 to 15,000 hairs that were lost due to the balding process. Our goal is to eventually replace half of the hair that was lost, which, to the eye, nearly looks like full density. So, to replace at least half of the hair that was lost over those 10 square inches of baldness, we will need a projected amount of 2000- 3000 FUE’s or about 5000-7500 hairs.
  • Graft Guarantee: Applies with all Hair Transplant treatments… 95% plus yield Guaranteed. If this yield was not accomplished, then LHR will replace, at no cost, all grafts that did not grow.

Refund Policy

If a patient has purchased a two-procedure special, and his goals are achieved after completing the first treatment and chooses not to move forward with the second treatment, the regular fee for the first procedure will be charged, and the patient will receive a refund for the difference.

Dr. Loria Guarantee

Male Enhancement Guarantee: Dr. Loria will guarantee a minimum range of 1.5 – 2-inch circumferential gain of the penile shaft after three male shaft enhancement treatments. If this goal has not been achieved, Dr. Loria will provide a touch up treatment at no cost to achieve that 1.5- 2-inch goal range.

Hair Transplant Guarantee: Dr. Loria will guarantee a minimum 95% hair growth yield. If this goal has not been achieved, then Dr. Loria will provide a touch up treatment at no cost to achieve that goal.

Considering that the Penis is an organ that expands and contracts during six weeks of healing after a procedure is performed, there might be material shifting which may cause some asymmetry or unevenness. This is why a patient should always budget and plan for a second treatment, whether a full or supplementary treatment just in case asymmetries result. The difference between a full treatment and a supplementary treatment is the volume of filler material used.
