Penile Implants, also known as an Implantable Balloon Device for Erectile Dysfunction, is a very common procedure performed in the United States and worldwide. The Penile Implant, or Balloon Device, is placed into the deep portions of the Penile Shaft, into the Corpora Cavernosa. Once inserted, the patient can have an erection on-demand by simply pumping up the balloon. The pump is typically placed into the scrotal area for ease of access.
Why get a Penile Implant? This is a viable option if one suffers from erectile dysfunction or ED, meaning the patient cannot get an erection naturally. For those who have failed on medication and injection/suppository therapies, or a combination thereof. It is not recommended to get a Penile Implant prior to medical therapy because once the Penile Implant is inserted, it damages the Corpora Cavernosa, or deep inside of the Penile Shaft and you will no longer have the option for medical therapy due to the disruption.
How can the Minimally Invasive Permanent Penile Enlargement procedure (the Platinum Technique) benefit a patient who has had a Penile Implant? Many men who have these Penile Implants are concerned about several things:
All of these concerns can be addressed and remedied by having the Platinum Procedure. This procedure is a minimally invasive permanent filler treatment specifically designed to permanently shape and or enlarge the penile girth, glans girth, and scrotal area (if desired), by a simple injection (no surgery).
The filler is placed under the Penile Shaft skin, or Glans and Scrotal areas, and the filler stimulates the body to generate your own natural collagen…so what develops is your own natural permanent collagen.
This new collagen is what provides the majority of the Penile Shaft, Glans, and Scrotal enlargement.
This filler treatment can be performed safely on those with Penile Implants, in addition to patients who have/are Diabetic, Elderly, Transplant recipients, have High Blood Pressure, etc. The procedure is basically an injection of filler.
What does this mean? There will be no cutting, no scalpels, no stitches, no general anesthesia, and no risks of traditional surgery (dermal or Alloderm grafting, no invasive fat transfers, no large block of solid silicone implanted, etc.).
If you are concerned about the results of your Penile Implant and want to modify or enlarge the Penile Shaft, Glans, and/or Scrotal areas, consider this minimally invasive permanent filler treatment.
Below you will find some before and after photos of selected patients who have had a Penile Implant placed, and then had the Platinum Procedure performed …the minimally invasive permanent filler treatment.
Patient Case: The patient below had a Penile Implant surgically placed due to his erectile dysfunction. The images below demonstrate not only the ‘flatness’ and abnormal oval shape, which is very unnatural looking, but also, the patient complained of actually ‘feeling’ the implant.
Patient During Treatment: The patient images below demonstrate the particular bandage wrap used immediately after the filler treatment has been provided.
Patient After Treatment: The patient images below demonstrate the girth gain not only resulting in an enlarged penile shaft & glans, but also a more natural penile shaft shape, proportion, and a much more natural feel (no longer feeling the actual implant under the skin).
